Ingredients
Pizza dough
All-purpose flour
1/2 pound meats or veggies of choice
1/2 pound mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 teaspoons of Bread Dipping Mix
Preparation
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Stretch out pizza dough on a floured surface. Form a rectangular shape. (We LOVE Publix's premade pizza dough found in the bakery section.
Step 2
Start with a layer using 1/2 of your filling and cover with mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle cheese with Bread Dipping Mix and then add the remainder of toppings.
Step 3
Roll up the long side of the dough creating a log (similar to how you make cinnamon rolls). Pinch all seams together.
Step 4
Transfer to a baking sheet and tuck under both ends.
Step 5
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes, until the top begins to brown.
Step 6
Let cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
My favorite way to enjoy this bread is with a big bowl of tomato and vegetable soup. Yum!
