Cancellation Policy:

In the event I need to cancel my appointment, I will notify the salon no later than 24 hours before my scheduled appointment. Failure to notify in time will incur a 50% of booked session rebooking fee. I must pay this rebooking fee before future appointments will be rebooked. Any appointment or service I have not cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled date and time falls under the salon cancellation policy protocol. If I have any questions regarding this policy I will communicate them before committing to an appointment.


Late Policy:

If I arrive more than 15 minutes late to my appointment without notifying the salon, I am considered a no-show and cancellation policy applies. If I have notified the salon, I will receive the services the stylist has time for, not what was orginally booked. This might mean I leave wet, without a haircut, fewer haircolor services, etc. The services will be charged as booked.


Photo/ Video release:

I give permission for Rock Paper Scissors Buford to use any and all photos or videos taken during my appointment for marketing efforts including but not limited to: social media, website, emails or digital marketing.


Service Adjustment Policy:

If I am not completely content, I will notify the salon during my service or within 7 days after my service has been performed. Corrections can be made as long as they fall in the services discussed and agreed upon during my consultation. This does not cover if I have changed my mind after the consultation. I must request complimentary service adjustments within 7 days of my initial appointment.


Product Exchange Policy:

If I am not satisfied with my product purchase, a very lightly used product may be exchanged by the next scheduled appointment. I must notify the salon within 14 days if I want to exchange a product I have purchased. If exchanging for a more expensive product, I must pay the difference. If exchanging for a lesser product, a credit will be put on my account for future product purchases. Products more than half empty do not qualify for exchange.


Salon Etiquette:

Discriminatory/Derogatory statements and actions are prohibited in the salon and will not be tolerated. Our staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated, or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.


Confidentiality and Privacy:

Every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations I have with my stylist will remain confidential. Client information and email lists are confidential and will not be sold or shared with outside companies.
